Applicants must graduate from an accredited high school in Indiana
Applicants must plan to enroll full time in an accredited public or private college or university located in Indiana
Applicants must meet the academic standards established by their local community foundation
Selection is based on strong academic performance leadership experience community involvement standardized test scores where required financial need in some counties and additional county specific selection requirements
