The amount awarded depends on the student’s country or region of domicile and the chosen course:
South Asia – £2,000 (India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal)
Nigeria – £3,000
Ghana – £3,000
South East Asia – £3,000 (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam)
Note: For postgraduate courses requiring less than 180 credits, the discount is applied pro-rata.

Domiciled in an eligible country or region
Self-financing tuition fees
Enrolling in a full-time taught undergraduate or postgraduate course
Studying at Sheffield Hallam University for the first time
Meet all academic and admission conditions
Start their course in the designated intake period
Students who have previously studied at Sheffield Hallam are not eligible but may qualify for Alumni Scholarships instead.
