Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Be international students (non-Chinese citizens)
Meet age requirements: under 25 for Bachelor’s, under 35 for Master’s, under 40 for PhD
Have excellent academic records and research capability for postgraduate programs
Not hold another Chinese government–funded scholarship during the award period
Language Requirements
Chinese-Taught Programs: HSK 4 (Bachelor’s), HSK 5 (Master’s), HSK 6 (PhD)
English-Taught Programs: IELTS 6.0+, TOEFL iBT 80+, or equivalent certificate (native speakers exempt)
