Scholarship Overview:
The Université Paris-Saclay International Master’s Scholarships Program supports outstanding international students pursuing Master’s studies in France. The scholarship aims to attract top talent and help students access high-quality programs, especially those planning to continue toward a PhD.

Degree Level:
All academic Master’s programs at Université Paris-Saclay
Eligible for both M1 (first year) and M2 (second year)
Vocational/apprenticeship programs are not eligible
Scholarships for M1 students are automatically renewed for M2, provided all required credits are successfully completed

Scholarship Benefits:
€10,000 per year, paid monthly from September to June
Travel and visa allowance up to €900, depending on country of origin
Administrative support for visa and settlement procedures
Guidance for accommodation search (housing not guaranteed)
Scholarship payments begin only after arrival in France and official enrollment
Amount may be reduced during periods spent abroad or internships outside affiliated laboratories
Eligible Nationalities:
Open to applicants of all nationalities
Eligibility Criteria:
Be of foreign nationality
Under 30 years of age during the year of application
Admitted to an eligible Master’s program at Université Paris-Saclay
Enrolling in France for the first time (exchange programs and some joint degrees excluded)
Not receive other funding exceeding €600 per month
Cannot combine this scholarship with Eiffel Excellence, Europa, or Erasmus Mundus Scholarships
Application Procedure:
Apply for a Master’s program at Université Paris-Saclay before the scholarship deadline
Selected candidates are invited via email to complete the scholarship application online
Some applicants may be asked to provide two referees
Applications are evaluated by a scholarship jury based on:
Academic excellence
Quality of personal and academic project
Motivation for pursuing a PhD at Université Paris-Saclay (for M2 candidates)
Additional points for refugee students in collaboration with UNHCR
