Eligibility Criteria:
Academic Excellence: Outstanding results in GCE 'A' Levels, IB Diploma, NUS High School Diploma, or equivalent
Leadership & Co-Curricular Activities: Demonstrated leadership potential
GPA Maintenance: Scholars must maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.5/5.0 to renew each semester

Access the Scholarship Application Portal using your application number
Prepare a personal statement (250–300 words) highlighting achievements and goals
Provide online appraisal from teacher/referee via URL received after submission
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview (typically March–May)
