• Master’s Degree (MSc)

• Duration: 2 years

Available Subjects:
Applicable to all regular 2-year TU Delft MSc programs, including:

• Engineering & Technology

• Architecture & Built Environment

• Industrial Design

• Technology, Policy & Management

• Applied Sciences

• Electrical & Mechanical Engineering

Note: International Joint Education Programmes are not eligible.

Eligible Nationalities:
International students from all countries (non-Dutch and Dutch applicants meeting the criteria).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent international applicant conditionally admitted to a regular TU Delft MSc program

• Outstanding academic performance (top 10% of previous studies)

• Submit a complete MSc application before the scholarship deadline

• Not a current TU Delft MSc student

• Not have completed a Bachelor’s degree from a Dutch university

• Provide all required scholarship documents together with the MSc application

Not Eligible If:

• Already enrolled in a TU Delft MSc program

• Completed Bachelor’s degree at a Dutch university

• Applying for an international joint programme

Application Procedure:

• Submit MSc application form

• Upload Justus & Louise van Effen Scholarship Application Form

• Submit two reference letters

• Provide English language proficiency certificate (if required)

• Ensure all documents are submitted before the scholarship deadline
