University of South-Eastern Norway Scholarship – Distinguished Study Opportunities for International Students
Program Overview:
This program provides short-term international exchange opportunities through the Erasmus+ Blended Short-Term Mobility (BIP) program. The BIP program combines online learning with a physical mobility period at partner universities in Europe. Students complete part of their coursework online before and after the mobility, while the physical period allows immersion in European academic and cultural environments.

Eligibility Criteria:
