The Jack Kent Cooke College Scholarship Program is one of the most prestigious undergraduate scholarships in the United States. It is designed for high-achieving high school seniors with financial need who wish to attend top four-year colleges and universities. Jack Kent Cooke College Scholarship Program 2027 – USA (Up to $55,000 Per Year) 

Degree Level:
Undergraduate (Bachelor’s Degree)

Available Majors:
Students can pursue any fully accredited undergraduate major, including:

  • Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)

  • Medicine and Health Sciences

  • Business and Economics

  • Social Sciences

  • Humanities and Arts

  • Education

  • Law, Policy, and International Relations

Benefits:

  • Last-dollar scholarship covering remaining costs after other financial aid.

  • Students may receive up to $55,000 per year to cover:

    • Tuition fees

Eligibility Criteria:

  • High school senior completing four years of high school in the U.S., U.S. territory, or U.S. military base

  • Planning to graduate in Spring and enroll in a four-year accredited college in Fall

  • Minimum unweighted GPA of 3.75

  • Completed at least one standardized test: SAT, ACT, AP, or IB

  • Demonstrated financial need (family income up to $95,000)

  • Not already enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program

  • Homeschooled students are eligible

  • Students with a GED or taking a gap year are not eligible

Application Procedure:
Applications are submitted through Common App:

  1. Create an account at CommonApp.org

  2. Add Jack Kent Cooke Foundation as one of your colleges

  3. Complete the general Common App profile

  4. Submit:

    • Academic information

    • Test scores

    • Extracurricular activities and honors

    • Short essays

    • Intended major

    • Family income for the last 3 years

  5. Invite:

    • One school counselor

    • Two academic teachers for recommendations

  6. Submit your application before the deadline
