About the Fellowship:
The Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS) is a prestigious, fully funded scholarship program designed for outstanding international students to pursue doctoral studies at top universities in Hong Kong. Established by the Research Grants Council (RGC) in 2009, the HKPFS aims to attract the best and brightest PhD candidates worldwide, supporting 400 new students annually across various academic disciplines.
