  • Scholarship Benefits:

    • One year of Korean language training at HUFS

    • Full tuition waiver for undergraduate or graduate degree programs (2–4 years)

    • Dormitory accommodation throughout the study period

    • Note: Airfare and personal living expenses are not included

  • Eligible Nationalities:

    Students from the 22 UN allied countries that contributed troops during the Korean War:
    Australia, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, Ethiopia, France, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Denmark, India, Norway, Sweden, Italy, South Korea

  • Eligibility Criteria:

    • Must be a direct descendant of a UN veteran who participated in the Korean War

    • Hold nationality from one of the 22 UN allied countries

    • Demonstrate strong academic performance and leadership potential

    • Meet admission requirements for HUFS degree programs

  • Number of Awards: 2 students will be selected

    1. Submit application by postal mail to the International Admissions Office of HUFS

    2. Include all required documents: proof of veteran lineage, academic records, application forms
