About the Scholarship:
The HUSTLE Hearts Foundation Scholarship is a need-based financial aid program designed to support Latino/Hispanic first-generation college students. It aims to reduce financial barriers, encourage leadership, and empower students to pursue higher education in Arizona while promoting community impact.
Course 1: Undergraduate (Freshman Year) Programs
Overview:
This scholarship supports students entering their first year at accredited 4-year universities or community colleges in Arizona. It covers tuition, books, and other college-related expenses for all academic majors and disciplines.
Eligibility:
Hispanic / Latino heritage
First-generation college student
Current high school student or recent graduate entering freshman year
Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Plan to enroll full-time at an Arizona college
Benefits:
Financial award of $500–$1,000
Funds paid directly to the recipient’s college
Recognition ceremony in December
Supports tuition, books, and other college expenses
Encourages leadership and community involvement
Application Procedure:
Complete scholarship application form.
Submit high school transcript, two letters of recommendation, and current resume.
Include academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and community involvement.
Submit a personal essay (≤250 words) on personal and career goals.
