Tall Clubs International Student Scholarships 2026, USA (Partial Funding)

The Tall Clubs International Foundation (TCIF) offers annual scholarships to support tall high school seniors entering college for the first time. Established in the U.S. and Canada, this scholarship program celebrates above-average height and academic achievement while honoring Tall Clubs International founders and contributors.

With 22 awards available, and a minimum scholarship value of $1,000 (often up to $2,000), this program helps tall students begin their college education with financial support.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Height Requirement

    • Minimum height for women: 5'10"

    • Minimum height for men: 6'2"

  2. Age Requirement

    • Must be under 21 years old at the time of application

  3. Education Requirement

    • Must be a high school senior planning to attend college in the U.S. or Canada

  4. Citizenship

    • Must be a resident of the United States or Canada

  5. Legacy Applicants (Optional)

    • Direct relatives of Tall Clubs International members may apply under the legacy scholarship option

  6. Membership Not Required

    • Applicants do not need to be Tall Clubs members


Application Procedure

  1. Complete the Online Application Form

    • Access the TCIF application portal and start your online form

  2. Submit Required Documents (PDF format)

    • 550–650 word essay

    • High school transcript (official copy required for finalists)

    • Two letters of recommendation (at least one from a teacher)

    • Recent headshot in .JPG format

  3. Obtain Sponsorship from a Local Tall Club

    • Submit your completed application to your local Tall Club for sponsorship

  4. Ensure Recommenders Submit Their Letters

    • All recommendation letters must be submitted before the deadline

  5. Complete the General Release Form (If Selected)

    • Scholarship recipients must submit the TCIF general release form upon request
