Overview

The Alabama Golf Association Women’s Scholarship Fund (AGAWSF) 2026 supports young women in Alabama who demonstrate academic strength, financial need, commitment to higher education, and a connection to golf. The scholarship awards $24,000 annually to one full-time undergraduate student.

Full-time enrollment required (minimum 12 credit hours per semester)

Eligible Nationalities

Bona fide residents of Alabama

Eligibility Criteria

Must be female
Must maintain a minimum GPA: 2.4 (freshman year), 2.8 (subsequent years)
Must attend an accredited college or university
Must provide academic progress for review
Demonstrated involvement in golf or support of women’s golf
Financial need considered in selection
