 Scholarship Program Overview

The Simon Youth Greg Saunders Legacy Scholarship Program supports the children of Simon Property Group employees pursuing full-time undergraduate education. The program aims to assist students who demonstrate academic promise, financial need, and strong community involvement. It provides financial assistance to help students complete two-year or four-year degrees or attend accredited vocational and technical institutions.

Eligibility Requirements

• Applicant must be the child or dependent of a full- or part-time Simon Property Group employee

• Parent/guardian must have completed at least one year of employment with the company

• Applicant must be under 23 years old

• Applicant must be a high school senior or current college student

• Must plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited 2-year or 4-year college, university, or vocational/technical school

• Application must be submitted between September and February 13

• Preference is given to students with financial need or who are first-generation college attendees

Application Procedure

1. Complete the online application between September and February 13

2. Submit supporting documents, which may include:

   • Proof of parent/guardian employment at Simon Property Group

   • Academic transcripts

   • Resume or activity sheet

   • Personal statement or essay

   • Financial information if requested

3. Applications are reviewed by SYF based on academic performance, financial need, community involvement, and personal background
