Eligibility Criteria

  • Citizen of a country listed on the official Humphrey Fellowship eligibility list

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience

  • Demonstrated leadership, public service commitment, and community engagement

  • Limited prior experience in the USA

  • Strong English proficiency (TOEFL may be required)

  • Eligible for a J-1 exchange visitor visa
