Eiffel Excellence Scholarship from France (Fully Funded)

Provider: Université Paris-Saclay

The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship supports outstanding international students seeking postgraduate studies in France. While tuition fees are not covered, the scholarship provides a substantial monthly allowance and additional support for living and study-related expenses.

Degree Levels:

Master’s
PhD

Eligible Fields:
Science & Technology, Health, Environmental Transition, Mathematics & Digital, Engineering, Humanities & Social Sciences (Law, Economics, History, French Language, etc.)

Scholarship Benefits:

Master’s: approximately €1,181/month
PhD: approximately €1,800/month
Additional support: health insurance, housing assistance, and other services
Scholarship duration depends on the program and level of study

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be an international student (not residing/studying in France)
Age limits:
- Master’s: born on or after March 31, 1996
- PhD: born on or after March 31, 1990
Applicants can apply only once per study level
Cannot combine with another French government scholarship

Application Deadline:

Opens: October 1, 2025
Closes: November 9, 2025 (for Paris-Saclay University)
Results expected: December 2025
