Fully Funded Eiffel Excellence Scholarship from France

Scholarship Details
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship is a French government initiative managed by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. It supports outstanding international students to pursue Master’s or PhD programs in France, providing financial support for living expenses and study-related costs.

Key Features & Benefits:

Master’s level: monthly allowance ~€1,181.
PhD level: monthly allowance ~€1,800.
Additional support may include health insurance, housing assistance, and other services.
Duration depends on program level and length of study.

Eligibility Criteria:

International students not residing or studying in France at the time of application.
Age limits:
- Master’s: born on or after March 31, 1996
- PhD: born on or after March 31, 1990
Must apply for eligible programs at Paris-Saclay University and be nominated by the university.
Cannot combine with another French government scholarship.
Can only apply once per study level.
Eligible fields: Science & Technology, Health, Environmental Transition, Mathematics & Digital, Engineering, Humanities & Social Sciences (Law, Economics, History, French Language, etc.).
