University of Helsinki Master’s Scholarship in Finland – Partially or Fully Funded
The University of Helsinki scholarship program offers tuition fee waivers for international students from outside the EU/EEA. Scholarships can cover 50% or 100% of tuition fees depending on academic performance and motivation, and are available for up to two years, conditional on completing 55 ECTS credits in the first year.
Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be from outside the EU/EEA or Switzerland and liable for tuition fees.

Must meet admission criteria for a University of Helsinki master’s program.

Strong academic performance with an excellent academic record.

Must satisfy Finnish visa and residence permit requirements.
