University of Helsinki Master’s Scholarship in Finland – Partially or Fully Funded

The University of Helsinki scholarship program offers tuition fee waivers for international students from outside the EU/EEA. Scholarships can cover 50% or 100% of tuition fees depending on academic performance and motivation, and are available for up to two years, conditional on completing 55 ECTS credits in the first year.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be from outside the EU/EEA or Switzerland and liable for tuition fees.

  • Must meet admission criteria for a University of Helsinki master’s program.

  • Strong academic performance with an excellent academic record.

  • Must satisfy Finnish visa and residence permit requirements.
