Eligibility Criteria:

International student enrolled at NYCU

Undergraduate GPA ≥ 3.0, Master’s & Ph.D. GPA ≥ 3.5

Hold valid Alien Residence Certificate (ARC)

Conduct grade of A or above each semester

Mandarin language requirement: 4 courses for undergraduates, 2 for graduates (exemption possible)

Submit scholarship application form, transcripts, conduct certificate, recommendation letter, and research proposal (if applicable)

Apply through department within NYCU deadlines

Applications reviewed at departmental and college levels, final approval by International Scholarships and Grants Committee

Cannot be held concurrently with Taiwan government scholarships
