The RTP Stipend offers comprehensive financial support for high-performing domestic and international students undertaking Research Doctorate and Research Masters programs at Monash University. This scholarship is designed to reduce financial pressures by providing an annual living allowance, tuition support, and relocation assistance where applicable. Open to all research disciplines, the program enables eligible candidates to pursue world-class research in a highly supportive academic environment.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Selection is based on academic excellence, research potential, publications, and relevant research experience

Application Process:

1. Receive an invitation to apply (required for new international applicants)

2. Submit course and scholarship application together via the myApp Portal

3. Prepare required documents: transcripts, CV, research proposal, publications, English proficiency evidence

4. Submit within the appropriate application round:

   • International Round 1: closes 31 March

   • Domestic Round 2: closes 31 May

   • International Round 3: closes 31 August

   • Domestic Round 4: closes 31 October
