Thailand Indorama Ventures HR Internship 2025
Indorama Ventures GSL offers an HR internship designed for students who want to gain hands-on experience in the People Enablement domain. This internship is based at the Corporate Head Office in Thailand and provides exposure to practical HR functions, including training management, HR analytics, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and update employee training records through Excel and SuccessFactors.

Prepare and summarize training data reports for management.

Support post-training evaluations through feedback collection and analysis.

Prepare and submit training documentation to the Department of Skill Development (DSD).

Assist in training sessions by ensuring materials and equipment are available.

Perform other HR-related duties as required by the team.
Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Fluent in Thai and English with a strong interest in HR practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.
