About Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree

The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD) program, funded by the European Union, promotes international cooperation and mobility in higher education. It allows talented students to pursue master’s programs across multiple European universities, fostering intercultural understanding and academic excellence. Participants can earn joint, double, or multiple degrees while studying in at least two different European countries.


Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree Scholarships

The EMJMD Scholarships support highly skilled students from around the world to pursue master’s programs in Europe. The program covers a wide range of disciplines and is offered through a consortium of universities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to students of all nationalities outside the EU.

  • Age: 18–60 years.

  • Must hold a bachelor’s degree or be in the final year of undergraduate studies and graduate before starting the master’s program.

  • Must meet academic and language requirements of the specific master’s program.

  • Previous Erasmus Mundus scholarship recipients are not eligible.

Benefits

  • Tuition Fees: Fully covered for the duration of the program.

  • Travel Costs: Funded, including an installation allowance.

  • Monthly Subsistence Allowance: Provided for living expenses.
