1. Master’s Degree
Duration: 2–3 years (typical)
Language: English or Chinese
Eligibility: Non-Chinese citizens; academic excellence required

4. Application Requirements
Non-Chinese citizen
Proficient in English or Chinese
Meet university admission requirements (USTC or UCAS)
Master’s applicants: Minimum 30 years old
PhD applicants: Minimum 35 years old
Cannot be currently studying the same degree level in China
Cannot hold other scholarships during the award period
