Gates Cambridge UK Scholarship 2026 (Fully Funded)

Course Details:

Fully funded postgraduate scholarship for international students.
Degree Levels: Master’s and PhD.
Open to all subjects available at the University of Cambridge.
Approximately 80 scholarships awarded annually (25 for US applicants, 55 for international applicants).
Selection based on intellectual ability, leadership potential, commitment to improving lives, and reasons for choosing the course.
Current network includes over 250 scholars from more than 50 countries and 1,700 alumni globally.
Benefits include:
- Full tuition coverage.
- Maintenance allowance: Up to £21,000/year for PhD students.
- Travel expenses for one economy round trip.
- Visa costs including Immigration Health Surcharge.
- Academic development funding up to £2,000 for courses/conferences.
- Dependent children allowance up to £16,548.
- Fieldwork and maternity/paternity funding for PhD students.
- Hardship support for unforeseen financial difficulties.
Eligibility: International students outside the UK applying for postgraduate studies at Cambridge.
