• Academic Excellence Scholarship: 5,000 to 15,000 SEK per semester based on program and performance; up to 30,000 SEK awarded upon graduation if eligibility is maintained; total possible scholarship value ranges from 20,000 SEK to 90,000 SEK.

• Swedish Institute Scholarships (separate application): Full tuition coverage, monthly living allowance of 12,000 SEK, travel grant, and insurance coverage for high-achieving students from specific countries.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Choose Dalarna First Scholarship: Must apply for a master’s program at DU as first choice, submit DU scholarship application, be admitted, and pay tuition fees (non-EU/EEA students).

• Academic Excellence Scholarship: Complete 30 credits per semester, achieve outstanding academic results, maintain good standing, and apply during designated windows.

• Swedish Institute Scholarships: Must be a citizen of eligible countries, apply for a DU master’s program, and submit SI application directly.

Application Procedure:

1. Apply for a Master’s Programme via the Swedish national portal.

2. Submit the DU scholarship application during the official window.

3. If admitted, the scholarship is automatically applied.

4. Apply for Academic Excellence Scholarships each semester after enrollment.
