About the Program:


The CAS-ANSO Scholarship is a prestigious fully funded international scholarship offered by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in collaboration with the Alliance of National and International Science Organizations (ANSO). It supports outstanding international students to pursue Master’s and PhD degrees in China at top research institutions such as the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS).



Course Details:


This scholarship aims to cultivate future scientists and researchers from Belt and Road regions and developing countries, providing comprehensive academic and financial support, including tuition coverage, living allowance, accommodation, medical insurance, and cultural training.

  • Must meet USTC or UCAS admission requirements and be proficient in English or Chinese

  • Cannot hold other scholarships or currently study the same degree in China

  2. Apply through the official online admission system

  3. Select “CAS-ANSO Scholarship” in the scholarship section

  4. Upload required academic and supporting documents

  5. Submit referee recommendations before the deadline

  6. If eligible, apply for ANSO-CAS-TWAS/UNESCO PhD Scholarship option
