About Canyon Institute:


Canyon Institute is a faith-based educational organization that supports Arizona students pursuing Christian higher education. The institute promotes academic excellence, spiritual growth, and service through scholarships aligned with biblical principles.


Canyon Institute Arizona Resident Scholarship 2026, USA (Funding up to $3,000)

Funding: Partial Funding, $3,000 per year
Degree Level: Undergraduate, Graduate
Available Subjects: All Majors and Academic Disciplines
Eligibility: Arizona residents or graduates of Arizona high schools pursuing Christian education

Scholarship Overview:

  • $3,000 annual scholarship for tuition and educational expenses

  • Encourages faith-based academic learning and Christian leadership

  • Promotes evangelism, service, and spiritual growth

  • Over $395,000 awarded since 2017

  • Azusa Pacific University

  • California Baptist University

  • Concordia University – Irvine, CA

  • Pepperdine University

  • Point Loma Nazarene University

  • Seattle Pacific University

  • Westmont College

  • Whitworth University

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Permanent resident of Arizona or graduate of an Arizona high school

  • Enrollment in an approved Christian university

  • Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program

  • Commitment to Christian values and biblical worldview

  • Meet academic standards as specified by Canyon Institute

Application Procedure:

  1. Visit the Canyon Institute website

  2. Navigate to the Arizona Resident Scholarship application page

  3. Complete the online application form with personal and academic information

  4. Upload required supporting documents

  5. Submit application before May 31 (late or incomplete applications will not be considered)
