Program Overview
This 10–12 week Executive Flight Operations Maintenance Internship in Gary, Indiana offers hands-on experience in aviation maintenance within Boeing’s corporate fleet operations. Selected interns will work alongside experienced mentors to support maintenance, inspections, and aircraft operations in a high-performance environment.
Responsibilities

Assist in both scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.

Participate in system checks and operational ground procedures.

Collaborate with Boeing’s Executive Flight Operations team on maintenance excellence and safety.

Build technical, teamwork, and leadership skills through real-world projects.
Eligibility Requirements

Currently enrolled in an FAA-approved A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) maintenance program.

Eligible to work full-time during Summer 2026.

Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Strong passion for aviation and learning.
Preferred Qualifications

GPA 3.0 or higher, Junior or Senior standing preferred.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Leadership experience in student or technical organizations.
Compensation & Benefits
-
Estimated pay: $54,000 – $74,000 per year (pro-rated for internship).
