  Eligible students may study at accredited UAE universities offering ICT majors.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree Applicants

• UAE citizenship and civil registry proof

• Minimum 75% in secondary school or equivalent

• Application to ICT-related majors

• Graduation within the last 3 years

• Unemployed

• No previous scholarship support

• Male applicants: NOC or proof of National Service completion

• English proficiency:

  • IELTS ≥ 6 / EmSAT ≥ 1430 / TOEFL ≥ 510 / SAT ≥ 480

Master’s Degree Applicants

• UAE citizenship (Family Book required)

• ICT-related specialization

• Minimum CGPA 3.0/4.0 in Bachelor’s degree

• No other financial support

• Male applicants: NOC or completion proof

• Employed students may apply (no monthly allowance)

Ongoing Students

• Bachelor: CGPA ≥ 2.8, 12+ credit hours, B or above in major courses

• Master: CGPA ≥ 3.0, 9+ credit hours

Students not selected may reapply after one semester with the required GPA.

• Official IBAN letter in the student’s name

• NOC for male applicants (if applicable)
