About the Program
The Global Leadership Challenge (GLC) 2025 is a joint initiative by the University of Oxford and the St. Gallen Symposium, designed to empower a new generation of responsible young leaders. The program focuses on sustainability, innovation, and responsible leadership through collaborative, real-world challenges.
Participants will gain hands-on experience addressing global issues while receiving mentorship and leadership training.

Number of participants: 100 young leaders from around the world

Duration: 5 intensive days (11–15 December 2025)

Format: Virtual participation possible from anywhere in the world

Experience: Includes character-building sessions, intergenerational dialogues, and impactful projects

Eligibility Criteria

Currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program or a young professional aged 21–30
-
Completed undergraduate (Bachelor’s) degree
-
Demonstrated commitment to responsible leadership through extracurricular activities or work experience

Full participation in all five half-day sessions (11–15 December 2025) is mandatory
Open to: All academic disciplines and countries worldwide
