Scholarship Overview
The University of Kent International Scholarship for Taught Masters Students (January 2026 start) provides partial financial support for outstanding international students pursuing postgraduate degrees in the UK. This scholarship, valued at £6,000, aims to ease tuition costs while allowing recipients to join Kent’s dynamic academic community.
Degree Level: Taught postgraduate (Master’s) programs beginning January 2026.

(Note: Integrated or pre-Master’s programs are not eligible.)

Eligible Nationalities
Open to international students worldwide who are classified as overseas fee payers.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:

Apply for a taught postgraduate degree starting in January 2026 at the University of Kent

Be assessed as an overseas fee payer

Receive and accept a conditional offer before the deadline

Not apply for integrated or pre-Master’s programs

Avoid combining this scholarship with other awards unless permitted
Application Procedure

Apply for admission to a taught Master’s program at the University of Kent.

Once offered admission, log in to your Kent applicant portal.

Navigate to the Applications tab → Select your submitted application → Click on Funding.

Choose “Apply” under the International Scholarship section.

Complete and submit the scholarship form before the deadline.
Deadline: 14 November 2025 (5 PM GMT)
Selection Panel: Week of 9 December 2025
Notification: Shortly after the panel’s decision
Acceptance Deadline: Within two weeks of receiving the offer
