Provides opportunities to enhance skills through higher education, vocational training, or professional internships in Canada.

Eligible degree levels: Master’s, PhD, technical and vocational training, short-term professional internships.

Clinical training in medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy is not eligible.

Fields include Education & Training of Trainers, Technical & Vocational Education, Public Administration & Governance, Economics & Management, IT & Digital Innovation, Agriculture, Environment & Sustainable Development, Engineering & Applied Sciences, Research & Higher Education Development, and non-clinical Public Health.

Scholarship benefits: full tuition coverage, monthly living allowance, round-trip airfare, health insurance, study materials, relocation allowances, and professional development support.

Eligibility: Nationals of developing francophone countries with key institutional roles, nominated by their institutions.

Applicants must demonstrate strong French language proficiency and meet the academic requirements of Canadian institutions.

Selection involves internal institutional recruitment, local advisory committee review, national evaluation, and final admission to a Canadian institution.

Priority is given to candidates who contribute to institutional capacity building upon returning home.
