UK Culham St Gabriel’s Masters Scholarship 2026

The Culham St Gabriel’s Masters Scholarship 2026 is a funding opportunity for UK residents working in Religious Education (RE), Religion Values and Ethics (RVE), or Religious and Moral Education (RME). The scholarship offers up to £4,000 towards tuition fees for part-time or full-time Master’s study in Religion and Worldviews Education (RWE).

Degree Level: Master’s (Certificate, Diploma, or full Master’s degree)
Available Subjects:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Plan to study a relevant Master’s programme at a UK university.

  • Demonstrate that their Master’s supports innovation in RE/RVE/RME locally, regionally, or nationally.

  • Have support from their school or employer for 3 release days per year.

  • Be a UK resident.

Application Procedure:

  1. Select a relevant university and Master’s programme.

  2. Discuss scholarship interest with the course leader.

  3. Obtain school support for release days.

  4. Get two referees (one academic).

  5. Complete the scholarship application and DEI data form.

  6. Submit proof of Master’s offer and acceptance to fiona@cstg.org.uk.

  7. Applications are reviewed by the Grants and Education Committee.

  8. Successful candidates receive a welcome pack and funding details.

Application Deadline: 23rd January 2026
Result Notification: Week beginning 16 February 2026
