President Scholarship of NPU for International Students – Fully Funded

Program Overview:

• Language proficiency: HSK or English (IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, Cambridge)

• Non-Chinese nationality; special documentation for former Chinese citizens or applicants with Chinese parents

Program Duration:

• Bachelor’s: 4 years

• Master’s: 2.5 years, full-time

• PhD: 4 years, full-time

Application Rounds:

• Round 1: 1 Nov 2025 – 15 Jan 2026

• Round 2: 16 Jan – 28 Feb 2026

• Round 3: 1 Mar – 31 Mar 2026

• Round 4: 1 Apr – 30 Apr 2026
