About the Scholarship:
The University of Liechtenstein offers international mobility opportunities through the Erasmus+ Programme, funded by the European Union. The scholarship supports study, internship, and training stays abroad for students, teaching staff, and researchers. Participants gain financial support, academic recognition, and intercultural experience to enhance academic and professional development.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Enrolled as Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD student, or employed as teaching/research/administrative staff.

• Completed at least one semester of study at the University (for students).

• Proposed stay must be for study, internship, teaching, or training at a recognized partner institution.

• Duration: 2 months to 12 months for students; 2 weeks to 12 months for staff.

• Adequate language proficiency in the host institution’s language.

• Compliance with Erasmus+ rules and submission of required documents (Learning Agreement, Grant Agreement, Transcript of Records).

1. Erasmus+ Study Mobility:

• EUR 606/month – Country Group 1

• EUR 550/month – Country Groups 2 & 3

• Top-up for students with fewer opportunities: EUR 250/month

• Travel allowance based on EU distance calculator

• Green travel bonus: up to 6 extra travel days

1. Erasmus+ Internship Mobility:

   • EUR 550–606/month depending on country

   • Internship supplement: EUR 150/month

   • Inclusion top-up: EUR 250/month

   • Travel allowance based on EU distance calculator

2. Erasmus+ Staff Mobility:

   • Daily allowance: EUR 190 (Group 1), EUR 170 (Group 2), EUR 140 (Group 3)

   • Travel allowance as per EU distance calculator

   • Green travel support: up to 6 additional travel days

3. Short-Term Mobility / Blended Intensive Programmes:

   • EUR 79/day (first 14 days), EUR 56/day (15–30 days)

   • Top-up for fewer opportunities: EUR 100–150/day

   • Travel allowance according to EU distance calculator

4. International Mobility:

   • Students: EUR 700/month

   • Staff: EUR 190/day + travel allowance

   • PhD Students: EUR 79/day (without employment), EUR 190/day (with employment)

How to Apply:

1. Select your destination within the Erasmus+ partner network.

2. Contact the University of Liechtenstein International Office for guidance.

3. Submit your Erasmus+ grant application before deadlines (15 June / 15 November).

4. Complete required documents (Learning Agreement, mobility plan).

5. Receive confirmation and funding details.

6. For internships abroad, apply at least one month before the start date.
