Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be Vietnamese citizens living in Vietnam or overseas.
- Be under 35 years old at the start date of the PhD program.
- Hold at least a Bachelor's degree or be in the final year of undergraduate study in a related field.
- Achieve a minimum GPA of 8/10 or equivalent in undergraduate studies.
