Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
1. Be nationals of developing countries (excluding Pakistan).
2. Be aged 35 or younger by December 31, 2025.
3. Hold a Master’s degree in natural sciences.
4. Be registered PhD students in their home country (proof required).
5. Provide a Preliminary Acceptance Letter from ICCBS.
6. Submit a No Objection Certificate from their home university.
7. Provide a certificate of good health.
8. Submit two signed reference letters.
9. Demonstrate English proficiency (if previous education was not in English).
10. Commit to returning to their home country after the fellowship.
Applicants must not hold any visa for temporary or permanent residency in Pakistan or any developed country.
