Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the TLP Master’s Awards, applicants must:
1. Be a citizen or permanent resident of one of the eligible SIDS countries.
2. Not be currently living or studying in the UK.
3. Hold an undergraduate degree (normally upper second-class honors or above).
4. Demonstrate financial need and inability to study in the UK without the scholarship.
5. Apply to a course related to at least one of the following resilience-focused themes:
* Democratic institutions and human rights
* Climate change and environmental protection
* Economic resilience and sustainable recovery
* Societal empowerment and inclusive development
6. Apply through national or NGO nominating agencies recognized by the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (CSC).
