ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Be non-Saudi and residing outside Saudi Arabia.
* Hold a recognized university degree.
* Have an excellent academic record.
* Degree certificates and transcripts must be certified by the Saudi Embassy.
* Maximum age for Master’s applicants: 35 years.
* Maximum age for PhD applicants: 40 years.
* Must be medically fit and of good conduct.
* Submit two recommendation letters from previous professors.
* Must not have been dismissed from any Saudi university.
* English language proficiency test (IELTS, TOEFL) is required unless applying for programs in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies.
* English test scores must be valid (within 2 years).
