Job Description
Position Name: Intern (in Communications and Reservations)Internship Tasks in UAE:
- Answer all incoming calls and chats from abroad and direct them as necessary.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability and restaurant reservations.
- Explain the hotel description and highlight features to maximize booking completion.
- Coordinate all guest requirements related to wake-up calls, housekeeping requests, chat messages, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain resort phones at Jumeirah Beach and the hotel in the Dubai International Financial Center.
- Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to concerns and requests.
- Be fully aware of Four Seasons standards and service culture.
- Attend the monthly intern meeting led by the Learning & Development team.
Internship Duration:
