- Work on high-priority RAD accounts to improve retail data in Microsoft Dynamics and SFDC (CEP A + MM accounts).
- Manage online events and demand, qualify leads, and deliver high-quality sales data.
- Support lead generation activities, including promotional campaigns and new product offerings.
- Create client contact profiles and enhance data quality in the system.
- Convert unqualified leads into qualified leads, or at least profile them.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to support post-lead generation marketing activities.
- Work together with the sales team to deliver leads and follow up on opportunities.
