The selected candidate will create engaging audiovisual content to support various communication activities at ESO. Audiovisual materials will align with ESO's social media strategies and creative content while adhering to the organization's visual identity.

Key Tasks and Objectives

• Develop audiovisual materials for campaigns highlighting milestones in the construction of the ELT and other ESO activities in Chile, with a focus on observatory sites.
• Create short videos for campaigns and events, including scripting, editing, and production for different formats and channels (e.g., social media, YouTube).
• Coordinate, film, and edit interviews with ESO staff for campaigns and events.
• Attend team meetings to coordinate content production and align strategies with the team.
• Support the Chilean communication team with social media, media projects, and communication strategies.

Internship Duration

3 to 6 months

Eligibility Criteria

• Graphic design skills for creating social media campaign materials are highly desirable.
• Candidates must have a degree or be currently studying in communication, preferably with a focus on audiovisual communication.
