Volunteers will support grant management and project development by conducting desk analyses and research on topics related to the mission, such as agroecology, environment, and climate change. They will assist with partner meetings, coordination, and the drafting process. Additionally, volunteers will oversee project implementation through daily management and supervision, monitor activities, and draft monitoring reports. Tasks include organizing program events and initiatives, engaging with project partners and key stakeholders, and providing input for communications materials such as publications, research, newsletters, and donor project reports. Volunteers will also help with data visualization for mission webpages, brochures, and newsletters and assist in mapping actors and potential partners in specific sectors.Eligible Countries:

11 months.
Training During Volunteering:
Volunteers will attend online training before their deployment and on-site training upon arrival. Further training will be provided during the mission to enhance their skills and competencies.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in humanitarian aid, development, international relations, political science, sociology, or a related field.
- Excellent English proficiency (C1). Knowledge of American Sign Language, Russian, or French is an advantage.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of project cycle management.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills.
- Results-oriented, proactive, creative, communicative, optimistic, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of humanitarian concepts and principles, with experience in volunteering being an advantage.
