Eligibility Criteria
- Citizenship: Must be a non-U.S. citizen or non-permanent resident.
- Academic Qualification: Hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., or equivalent) by the application deadline.
- Research Commitment: Plan to conduct full-time postdoctoral research in the United States
- Professional Intent: Demonstrate a commitment to returning to your home country to pursue an academic or professional career.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, evidenced by TOEFL scores, transcripts, or a written waiver.
