Benefits

  • Monthly stipend of 1 750 MAD (~USD 175), paid bi‑monthly 
  • Tuition fees fully waived 
  • Round-trip airfare (arrival + graduation) 
  • Health insurance via Finassure with full medical coverage and emergency evacuation 
  • Housing support: 500 MAD/month if university housing isn’t provided 
  • Thesis grant for master’s/PhD printing costs 
  • One year of French language training at Rabat’s International Language Centre for non-French speakers 

 Who Can Apply

  • Open to international candidates, with priority to citizens from Pakistan, Zambia, Liberia, Grenada, Saint Kitts & Nevis, and OECS member states 
  • Undergraduate: aged 19–23, CAPE/associate degree with grades A–B 
  • Master’s: bachelor’s degree with first/second-class honors 
  • PhD: hold a master’s and submit a research proposal

 Where You Can Study

Programs available in French, Arabic, or both, across major Moroccan institutions such as Mohammed V (Rabat), Cadi Ayyad (Marrakech), Hassan II (Casablanca), and Al Akhawayn (Ifrane, English-medium) 

 Key Application Documents

  • Undergraduate: CAPE/transcripts, birth certificate, national ID, passport, police clearance, medical certificate
  • Postgraduate: above plus bachelor’s/master’s diplomas, transcripts, research proposal (PhD) 
  • Translations in French/Arabic and certified copies may be required
