Scholarship Details
These studentships fund taught Master’s programmes at Cambridge for the 2025–26 academic year. There is no separate application form; eligibility is assessed through your standard admission application. To be considered, ensure your Master’s application is submitted by the funding deadline specified for your chosen course.
Eligibility
Applicants must qualify for UK Home fee status and must not hold a previous Master’s degree or be enrolled in postgraduate study. Eligibility requires demonstrating serious financial need—showing insufficient savings, assets, income, or scholarship support. Get In Cambridge Studentships also require the applicant to self-identify as Black, British Bangladeshi or British Pakistani. Additional indicators such as refugee status, time spent in local authority care, receiving free school meals, being a young carer, or first-generation university attendance are also considered.
Benefits
Recipients receive full coverage of tuition fees and living cost support, designed to top up after the maximum UK postgraduate loan or grant. This package enables scholars to focus fully on their Master’s coursework without financial strain.
How to Apply
Apply for your chosen Cambridge Master’s programme via the university’s Graduate Application Portal before the funding deadline listed in the Postgraduate Course Directory. During the application, answer the required socio-economic and widening participation questions, which will trigger consideration for these studentships. Additional documentation may be requested to verify eligibility. There is no separate scholarship application.
