MSCA offers funding through its Doctoral Networks, supporting PhD students for up to four years across disciplines. Hosted by consortia of at least three EU/Horizon Europe institutions, including partners from non‑EU countries The overall 2025 call is open, with institutions submitting proposals now (deadline: ~Nov 25, 2025) . Around €598 million will fund 150+ projects and support over 2,000 doctoral candidates 

Eligibility Criteria

You must not already hold a PhD and must meet MSCA mobility rules—you cannot have lived or worked in the host country for more than 12 months in the past 3 years . Specific requirements may vary depending on each Doctoral Network’s focus and disciplines, so carefully check project advertisements via platforms like EURAXESS .
