Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must:
- Be Nigerian citizens
- Currently be in their second year (200 level) of full-time study at a National Universities Commission (NUC)-accredited public university in Nigeria
- Have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 on a 5.0 scale or its equivalent
- Not be beneficiaries of any other scholarship from the oil and gas industry, either national or international
- Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

- University or Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Admission Letter

Selection Process
- Applications are accepted exclusively through the official Scholastica portal:
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a proctored computer-based test
- The top 10 candidates from each state and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) will undergo academic verification
- Candidates must maintain the required CGPA of 3.5 throughout their study to retain the scholarship
