Scholarship Overview

Khalifa University supports deserving candidates applying for Master’s, PhD, or MD programs. All scholarship recipients receive full tuition coverage along with multiple financial and logistical supports. Eligibility

Applicants of any nationality holding a relevant bachelor’s degree for Master’s programs or a master’s degree for PhD are eligible to apply. A research statement is required for doctoral applications. Depending on program, candidates may undergo an admission interview and must demonstrate English language proficiency as required by the university 

Benefits

Top-tier scholars receive full tuition waiver and textbooks along with comprehensive medical insurance and visa support. Postgraduate students in Tiers I or II may also receive a generous basic monthly stipend of approximately 20,000 AED, potentially supplemented by up to an additional 10,000–20,000 AED per month based on progress and evaluation. Additional perks include accommodation or housing allowances, round-trip flights (mobilization and demobilization)—if not holding UAE residency—a laptop or tech provision, and funding for international conference participation
