Study in China with the Fudan University Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and have applied for a degree program at Fudan University. Candidates are expected to have an excellent academic record and meet language requirements, either in English or Chinese depending on the program. Age limits usually apply: under 30 for Bachelor’s, under 35 for Master’s, and under 40 for PhD programs. Students must also be in good health and have no criminal record.
Scholarship Benefits
The scholarships cover full or partial tuition fees depending on the type. Recipients also receive a monthly living allowance, on-campus accommodation or housing subsidy, and comprehensive health insurance during their study period. Additionally, students gain access to enriching academic and cultural activities, providing a complete international learning experience in China.
Application Process and Deadline
For the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC), applications typically close on April 30 each year. For other programs like the IMBA Entry Scholarship, admitted students are automatically considered without a separate application. Applicants should verify all official deadlines through Fudan University’s International Students Office and prepare the required documents, including academic transcripts, language proficiency certificates, and proof of eligibility.
